On first launch, Login AlertX lets you activate a 30-day Premium trial — no credit card or account required. The trial includes:

• AI anomaly detection and risk scoring (0–1)
• Webcam capture at login
• Audio recording at login (1–60 seconds)
• System information in alerts (CPU, RAM, OS, motherboard)
• Network, IP, and location information in alerts
• 1-year login log history and analytics

Not included in the trial: WhatsApp alerts and push notifications are exclusive to an active Premium subscription and are not available during the trial.

When the trial ends, Login AlertX continues to work on the free plan — real-time email notifications, system tray monitoring, and 1-day log history remain available at no cost. No charge is made automatically. To keep Premium features, purchase a plan above.

Both plans include identical Premium features. The difference is billing frequency, savings, and included credits:

• Monthly: Billed each month. Non-refundable. Includes 50 WhatsApp and 50 push notification credits per month.
• Yearly: Billed annually at a significantly reduced rate — equivalent to 10 months for the price of 12. Comes with a 14-day refund period. Includes 500 WhatsApp and 500 push notification credits per year.

Premium includes 500 WhatsApp alerts and 500 push notification alerts per year (50 per channel per month on a monthly plan) — well above typical usage for a single PC. Each alert delivered uses one unit from your included allowance, which refreshes at the start of each billing cycle. For most users monitoring a single PC, the included allowance is more than sufficient for typical login activity. If you need more — for example, on a shared or high-traffic PC — extra alert packs (50 WhatsApp + 50 push) are available at any time and never expire. Email alerts are unlimited on all plans and do not consume your allowance.

The Free plan monitors the two most common events: interactive logon and logoff. Premium expands coverage to 23 distinct Windows session events, including RDP (remote) logon and logoff, workstation lock and unlock, screensaver start and stop, system wake and sleep, fast user switching, and more.

For users concerned about unauthorized remote access or unattended PC activity, this comprehensive event coverage is one of the strongest practical reasons to upgrade to Premium.

Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Google Chat alerts are available through the Login AlertX Plugin system. Each plugin is a separate one-time purchase with a lifetime licence and works alongside any Free or Premium plan — no Premium subscription is required to use plugins. After purchasing, install the plugin and configure it from the Plugins tab inside Login AlertX. Each integration includes a one-click test connection button to confirm everything is working before your next real login. Webhook support is also included, allowing you to connect Zapier, Make, or any custom API endpoint.

Yes. Login AlertX uses a zero-knowledge architecture — your credentials (SMTP settings, OAuth tokens, WhatsApp API keys) are encrypted locally using AES-256 and are never sent to our servers. Webcam images, audio recordings, and activity logs are stored on your own device at %AppData%\LoginAlertX and sent only via your own configured email server — we never see them. The only data we receive is the serial key, email address, and machine name required for licence validation, transmitted over HTTPS and not retained. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, subject to our discretion. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Ensure the serial key and email address are entered correctly in the app’s License tab — both must match exactly what was used during purchase. Verify your internet connection is active, as activation requires contacting our servers. If the issue persists, contact [email protected] with your order number and logs from %AppData%\LoginAlertX.

Login AlertX is safe and malware-free. Some antivirus programs may flag it because of its legitimate security functions — monitoring login events, running a background Windows Service, storing encrypted settings, and optionally capturing images or audio when you choose to enable those features. These are intentional behaviours, not malicious activity.

This is a false positive. You can safely whitelist the application, or contact us with the name of your antivirus, the detection message, and a screenshot so we can work with the vendor to resolve it. The Microsoft Store version is signed and verified by Microsoft and is less likely to trigger antivirus warnings.
