- Ensure your email provider allows SMTP (e.g., use an app-specific password for Gmail).
- Confirm your internet connection.

Ensure:
- A webcam and microphone are connected and functional.
- Premium features are activated with a valid serial key.
- Windows permissions are granted to Login AlertX.
- Audio files are not corrupted (check playback in settings).
You can disable webcam/audio features in settings if not needed. Check logs in %LocalAppDataData%\LoginAlertX
and contact [email protected] with details.
Try these steps:

%LocalAppData%\LoginAlertX
for errors. - Contact [email protected] with details.
If the software closes immediately after launch, it could be due to multiple startup entries being created in the system registry. This causes the application to attempt to launch multiple instances, which can lead to the second instance closing right away.
To resolve this, follow these steps:
- Open the Registry Editor by typing
regedit
in the Windows search bar and pressing Enter. - Navigate to the following path:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
- Look for multiple entries related to Login AlertX and delete any duplicate entries.
- Restart your computer.
This should prevent the software from closing prematurely. We are aware of this issue and will be addressing it in an upcoming update.
