The Premium plan licenses Login AlertX for one device after the 30-day trial. For multiple devices, contact our sales team at [email protected] for custom multi-device plans. License transfers may be available; inquire for details.

Try Premium features for 30 days upon installation. To continue after the trial, purchase a Premium license on loginalertx.com. Enter the serial key and email in the app’s License tab to activate Premium features instantly. No reinstallation is needed.

Yes, your data is secure. Validation data (serial key, email, machine name) is sent securely via HTTPS to loginalertx.com and not retained. Webcam images, audio recordings, and network/location data (e.g., city, country via IP-API, see their Privacy Policy) are stored locally in %LocalAppData%\LoginAlertX and sent only via your configured email server. You are responsible for securing your device. See our Privacy Policy.

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, subject to our discretion. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. The 30-day trial does not require a purchase and is not eligible for refunds. Contact [email protected] with your order number to request a refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

Premium features are available during the 30-day trial upon installation. If features don’t activate after the trial, ensure the serial key and email are entered correctly in the app’s License tab. Verify your internet connection, as validation requires contacting loginalertx.com. If issues persist, contact [email protected] with your order number and logs from %LocalAppData%\LoginAlertX.

Login AlertX is safe and malware‑free. Some antivirus programs may occasionally flag it as suspicious due to its advanced security functions — such as monitoring logins, managing services, storing encrypted license data, or capturing images/audio on your device when enabled. These are normal, intentional features for computer security and privacy protection, not malicious activity.

If your antivirus flags Login AlertX, it is most likely a false positive. You can safely whitelist the application, or contact us with the name of your antivirus, the detection message, and a screenshot so we can work with the vendor to resolve it.
