We have just released Login AlertX v3.7.8, a targeted maintenance update that resolves a communication bug affecting international users. Here is what is fixed in this update.
Bug Fixes & Improvements
- Global Localization Support: Fixed a rare edge-case where the background service would fail to connect with the dashboard UI on non-English versions of Windows (such as French, German, or Spanish). We have upgraded our internal security identifiers to ensure flawless inter-process communication across all localized versions of Windows worldwide.
If you are running an international version of Windows and experienced a “Could not connect to service” error on the Notification Health screen, this update will immediately resolve it.
